I'm not in a NASBA state, but I would imagine it is a website error. It isn't like there were scores released in the last couple of days, so it shouldn't be a scoring error. Check it in an hour or two. If it isn't resolved by tomorrow you can call your state board to verify for peace of mind.
I know on Louisiana's NASBA page, if you scroll down you will see this message:
Candidates are advised that only the scores from the current testing window are available on-line.
Might be clearing off old scores for the new window?
Did you get the paper score in the mail? If so, why worry? If not, I would be worried and call NASBA....
Just to clarify for future candidates - my score disappeared on NASBA's website around 9:15 pm eastern and since I hadn't received my paper score, I started to freak out. It re-appeared about 10 minutes later and since 9 pm seems to be NASBA's batch time, I'm guessing it got pulled down due to that.
I still have yet to get my paper score (2 weeks, 3 days after receiving my online score) but the state board said they did receive my score. Calling NASBA is a waste of time, if I treated my clients like they treat theirs, I wouldn't have any clients left. I hate to be negative, but they just seem to not care...
I just received my paper score yesterday. I got my online score 3/25. I was worried too. Hopefully, yours will be in the mail today :)
