I think I found the AECR here http://www.nasba.org/files/2011/03/AECR_-Application_Massachusetts.pdf Is this the most up to date one?

REG 68 (2008), 82 (2010)
BEC 79 (2010)
FAR 81(2008), 88(2011)

I think so...the directions on the MA Board of Accountancy website just sends you to NASBA's website to download the form...

BEC = 86 (Aug 2010)
REG = 82 (Nov 2010)
AUD = 87 (May 2011)
FAR = 91 (Aug 2011)
