Ok so here is the situation. There is one senior in my team every time she told me to help her with something like preparing excel or PPT or memo. She just very briefly told me to do this and that and sent me the related samples. Everytime I sent back to her and asked her to discuss more she always said she never had time. Last time she told me to prepare a diagram with all the facts she attended a client meeting, and told me to prepare it according to the previous similar PPT. Since I was not that familiar with the facts because of limited information, she told me to just do what i can do and don’t worry. After I sent her the PPT and asked when she would be able to discuss, she never replied and said she was too busy. After one quite week, I followed up with her by email and Cc’d senior manager. She replied with the udpated version she did by herself and I never knew what happend in between. Then she was very angry and told me that she wanted to give me feedbacks. She told me I didn’t do what she expected and bla bla bla like i didnt use the right format and said last time the same thing i didnt use the right format and she never told me before that.

Last year she gave me very bad and unclear feedback in my year end review so my counselor and I were looking for her to clarify but she disappered in India never replied. I forgave her about that and am still nice to her when she was back. But now it’s like she treated me bad very mean purposefully.. Very bossy and not nice.

What can I do? what would you do if you were me? thanks a lot!!!
