Mailed my application and fee at 4pm yesterday, received a go ahead to pay for the rest of my exam fees to receive my NTS 50 minutes ago.

Too bad i didn’t know when signing up for 2 exams i’d have to pay for both at the same time (at least that’s how it appears).

I'm in a non-NASBA state, but when I applied for 2 at a time, I always had to pay for both at the same time. If you're worried about the 2nd expiring before you're able to take it, just hang off on the payment – I think I had 90 days from receiving the payment coupon till I had to pay it, so sometimes I tried to plan my payment date strategically to make sure I got a good date for the first exam but extend my time for the 2nd.

Oh, Nicole2035, that sucks! Can you borrow the money from your parents? How long is an NTS good for in your state? I know some states, like Texas, they are only good for 90 days or something crazy like that. Most states are 6 months. Louisiana is 9 months. One time I paid for all four at once. HUGE MISTAKE!
