    NINJA Question –

I have been using Ninja MCQ for audit. This is my first time using Ninja. I have failed AUD the last two times with scores of 70 and 72. So I decided to try Ninja. After getting 200 or so questions in my average score was 80 and trending score was 80. My trending score got as high as 83, but I am now halfway through the questions and I have an average score of 78 and trending score between 79 and 80. Is this normal to dip a little like this. I guess I expect constant improvement. Have other people seen results like this due to the adaptive learning or am I doing something wrong study wise? I’m debating on if I need to take a different approach maybe step away from MCQ’s for awhile and come back later. I don’t know it’s just frustrating to not see improvement and actually see a slight decline.

It makes sense to me. With adaptive learning, I would assume it figures out the areas you're weak in, then spends more time on those topics. I would expect for your scores to dip, then gradually come back up as you get more comfortable with the material.

If there is a couple topics you are really struggling with, use the custom feature so you only get questions from those areas until you get your scores up in those areas, then go back to doing everything at once.

    REG - 90 (08/2014) - Study Time = 6 days
    FAR - 89 (10/2014) - Study Time = 9 days
    BEC - 83 (11/2014) - Study Time = 4 days
    AUD - 89 (01/2015) - Study Time = 2 days

    Final score released - 2/4/15
    Application mailed - 2/5/15
    Licensed CPA - 2/12/15
