i'm getting to know the program, I guess I'll start from the beginning (if necessary).

O.k so I did get into the program…..I set up the test date, started the mcq session…but can't go to the next question. What am I doing wrong. I did look this up in the frequently asked questions section…

More trouble, I select 20 questions starting off, I answer one question correctly, gone forward, answer the next question and now, I can;t go forward. It shows 2 of 2 questions, even though my session is for 20 What am I doing wrong?????

Are you using Internet Explorer or a Corporate Firewall?

no…google chrome. I am using my Verizon internet, my regular internet is down.

Chrome normally works – I don't know if your verizon internet has any anti-virus or firewalls with it.

If so, that's likely the issue.

My regular internet is now working. I still can't get all of the questions per session. it's 1 of 1 or 2 of 2 if I get it correct. I am choosing the mcq session and marking 20 questions. Should I change to something else? I checked to make sure, and I am using chrome. I'll keep playing with it. If I end the session, I can get a new question, but I can't seem to go forward. I also press enter, or submit answer, there is a reply only if I get it correct. :-((. Great, but if I get the next question wrong, I have to restart the session again.

O.k so I changed the pop-up blocker to allow pop ups from this site. still can't answer more than one question. Now I can't move forward even if I answer correct. :-…I guess I'll keep playin with it.
