NINJA Question –

Hi All,

I’ve been trying to figure out how to open the Ninja notes on my Galaxy S4. I can successfully download them but then when I try to open them, my phone is telling me it cannot open the file? Has anyone else had this issue on there Android or Iphone? I really want to be able to pull these notes up with me wherever I am on my phone so any suggestions are welcomed.

Are you trying to download and open them straight from the email? I've always had to download it on a computer and then transfer the pdf to my galaxy before it would allow me to open it.
