No "opt out" for statistical questions on NASBA payment online – is this new?

When trying to pay online for my payment coupon, the NASBA website requires answers to a statistical questionnaire. The questions are pretty detailed. i.e. ‘What was the last date you took an accounting course”. (Not the month, the actual date).

Is it possible the questions are required by Oregon applicants only?

I’ve always paid by check previously, so, was curious if everyone that does pay by CC answers these questions?

    Thanks in advance!

I had those same questions and I'm in WV, but the good thing is once you do it once it's saved and you don't have to worry about it again. It was a pain the first time though.

Yup – had them for my Montana application as well. I didn't think too much of it, but if you have privacy concerns you can always give them a call….
