Wiley Question –

First of all, you can only practice 30 questions at a time. For someone like me, who likes to do all of the questions available in the sections, this royally stinks.

Second of all, there appears to be less functionality than the 2013 test bank. As of right now, I do not see any way to focus on the questions I’ve gotten wrong in the past, or study the ones I haven’t seen yet, or study the questions I’ve seen “x” amount of times. Chatted with one of their reps, and she is going to have one of their engineers look into it. Hopefully they’ll fix this (or at least make it a little more obvious, if it actually is somewhere buried in the site)

Third of all, there is no way to hide the clock. I may be alone in this area, but when I am studying I do not want to see the clock endlessly ticking up and up and up. I have a tendency to say “Oh, I’ve studied for 3 hours, that’s enough for now.” As a result, I always scrolled down so I wouldn’t see the time clock while practicing in the 2013 WTB. Great for the exam study mode, but not so much in the practice mode. The moderator I chatted with said there is no way to hide the clock.

Looks like I’ll be sticking with the 2013 WTB as long as I can, unless they fix at least a few of these things…

I just checked that out. I am constantly doing small testlets of “questions missed 1 time,” “not seen yet,” and “seen less than 2 times.” That is a huge difference in my playbook! They need to either add it back, or keep 2013 version open until I finish my exams.

I hope Wiley is paying attention to this thread!

I just checked out of one of the sims to see the functionality …the research question was right but the Test Bank answer should my answer as if a skipped one box and said it was wrong. The customer service rep said to email the engineers. I guess they are getting frustrated with us. Oh, does the pause feature work for any of you? It sends me back to the Practice Questions selection screen.

I'm with you guys….sticking with 2013!

I used it for a few minutes and I've already had content issues with it. The “right” answer isn't linked up to what you pick. SO frustrating.

I might be nitpicking too, but it doesn't look like there is any way to get rid of old practice sessions in your history, like you can in the 2013 WTB. I would get rid of my old history when I (unfortunately) had to re-study for a section, since I wanted to see only the report analysis on the questions I was currently studying….and speaking of report analysis, did that disappear too?

The roll-out of the new 2014 WTB appears to be just as bad as Obama's Insurance Exchange! I have a feeling this thread is going to blow-up!

I didn't even realize there was a change until this thread. I just checked it out and don't like it at all! @San – I always sorted questions by ‘never seen before' or ‘answered incorrectly' and am also disappointed that feature is no longer available. I hope WILEY makes these changes!

This sucks! How could they change the testbank a week before the end of the test window? Why didnt they leave it for March?! Oh I want my old Testbank back or my accouny fixed so I can log in!

The link to the “legacy” Test Bank should be right there with the buttons to access the new Test Bank. It is on mine, at least.

I was using cpatestbank.com to log in the old testbank. But now it redirects you to the new website, that s why i didnt know where to log in for the old testbank.
