Does anyone have things they do each test day, or wear, or routines before the exam because you passed? For FAR i woke up early did one last round of MCQs, walked around my apartment and talked myself through key topics, had lunch and a red bull, relaxed for a while, put on my lucky vegas shirt, and drove to prometric jamming the whole way.

Also, does anyone have an addiction to energy drinks? I feel monster and red bull can attribute a decent portion of their sales to my CPA misery.

Not that this will help you, but once I received my 1st passing score I decided to wear the exact same thing to every exam. Superstitious or not, I passed all 4 on the first try so whatever works!

I'm not superstitious, but maybe, I'm just a little stitious. I wake up 4 hours before exam, take a shower, throw on my fav under armour shorts and beer me shirt then head to McDonald's near exam center and skim through topics while drinking coffee. Jump in car, crank the gain on my sub, bump some old school Nelly and walk into testing center. Worked well so far!

OMG!!! The Red Panty Revolution!!!! I am a member and on my last exam I bumped it up a notch to a matching set 🙂

I am digging the Nelly and Country Grammar love. I'm embarrassed to admit, I always listen to Nikki Minaj “I'm the Best” on my way to Prometric. Before I go in, I literally give myself a pep talk.

The last exam I took, I stopped reviewing material at about 6 pm the day before. Poured a glass of wine and watched a movie with my daughter. I think this will be a new tradition, because it really helped me chill the hell out.

i passed FAR on my first try. Took it at 1 location because it was closest to where i lived at the time

Took AUD next, took it at a different location – did not pass

Took AUD again at 2nd location again – did not pass

Took REG at a 3rd location – did not pass

Originally had AUD scheduled for the 3rd location because it's closest to where i live now, but switched it to the 1st place where i passed FAR – if i pass AUD this time, I can guarantee you that I'm switching BEC to the same place, and will schedule REG#2 there too

I too am part of the “Red Panty Revolution”! I put on my favorite Saint's t-shirt and a pair of sweats. I listen to Ninja Audio on the way to the testing center which is about an hour and a half from home. I'm almost ashamed to say that I listen to Eminem “Not Afraid” and Three Days Grace “Life Starts Now” right before I go in.

I won't post the Eminem video. It's Eminem, the language is bbbbaaaaddddd!

Hi… I also am part of “red panties revolution” thanks to our friend Kasias who shared the tradition in her culture. Ok… So what I usually do is take the exam on someone's specials birthday. There is a thread who many members wrote in there “thing” before the exam. Some of them wrote:

– Use the same clothes

– Wear new jewelry

– The red panties

– Someone's special b-day (me)

– Eat a granola bar right before test (brain food)

Ok… So for my “last” test; I made a combination of everything and to kick it up a notch I even wore a red bra… 😉 I felt like a “luck bomb”; I could have exploded and passed the luck to everyone in the testing center. It was my birthday and my husband had just gifted me new jewelry. So I was covered in all aspects. Lets see if it pays off.

Eat fish the night before. Study at a steady but not grueling pace the night before and morning of. Run through my notes one final time prior to walking into the exam.

I don't have a ritual on the day of, but on score release I kind of do! Every score that I have ever checked while at work was failing, so I wait until I get home (or once checked at a red light).

And I will have to join the red panties!! I will give anything a shot..
