I’m thinking i might made a mistake. I applied for only FAR in my NTS. Now i’m done with FAR just waiting for my score to come out. I think i’m gonna do a retake though..

anyway my question is IF i pass FAR i’ll start studying AUD and apply for a new NTS. How long it takes for a new NTS to come out? what is the process do i apply all over again?

    FAR May/17/15 - 70, 78
    AUD Aug/19/15 - 80
    BEC Nov/17/15 - 78
    REG Feb/24/16 - 78

You can either apply for one section, or if you want to save money you can apply for 2 or 3 sections. Just keep in mind that NTS is usually expiring within 6 months so you are limited in time. Usually it takes 2-3 business days to receive your NTS by e-mail after you apply and pay at CPA central website.

Becker self-study, Wiley Test Bank and books, Becker final review. NINJA MCQ bank and NINJA notes for BEC only!

    AUD - PASSED!
    FAR - PASSED!

I've gotten NTS' the same day. You don't go through the same long process; you just give them more money.

I've purchased multiple NTS at once and there were no discounts for buying more than one…

For MD, NTS arrives within 24 hours to 3 days. Usually within a day.

    BEC - PASS (79)
    AUD - PASS (63, 71, 74, 74, 83)
    REG - PASS (88)
    FAR - PASS (58, 89)

Also, know when the NTS expires in your state. Some states are 6 months, some are 3 months, etc. If you get your NTS, schedule your exam, and then have to push it back for some reason, you just need to be aware of how far you can push it without having to pay for another NTS.

And think about when you'll actually be able to take the exam. If you have to do it on a weekend and your preferred testing center is only open on Saturdays, that severely limits your options, so you'll want to get your NTS and get scheduled ASAP.

Applying through NASBA for Colorado, there a $75 application fee each time you request an NTS whether it is for 1, 2, 3 or 4 parts. So… if you apply for all 4 on one NTS, that's $75 one time. If you apply for each section (4 NTSs) then you end up paying $300 in application fees.

No discount on the actual test fee… just on the application fee.

    BEC - 02/21/15 - 82
    FAR - 05/29/15 - 82
    AUD - 07/09/15 - 93
    REG - 11/14/15 - 80

    All done!!!
