My NTS expires in May and I have REG and BEC to take between now and then. If my NTS expires before I can take my last one do I have to pay for the test again or is it just a fee for a new NTS?

Each exam has it's own NTS. If one expired you should only need to pay for a new NTS.

    FAR- 77
    AUD -49, 71, 84
    REG -56,75!
    BEC -75

Trying to remember back, I think I scheduled all four parts on one NTS–they ask you which exams you want to take with the NTS window
