I took BEC in July and didn't pass, my NTS for BEC doesn't expire until 10/15. How do I go about retaking BEC? Can I use the same NTS? How do I pay for it? So many questions...LoL
Thank you!

Thank you!
You have to apply for a new NTS (and pay for it) each time you take a test you should have a separate Section ID and Launch code. Are you a NASBA state? if so log onto NASBA.org and go to your state and click the Re-register button, follow them steps and that should get you there.
I am pretty sure that you could not log on to the prometric website and schedule an exam using the old section ID...
Yes, PA is a NASBA state, I think. Thanks Trevor! I wasn't sure if I would get things screwed up if I tried applying for a new NTS.
P.S. I love your signature quote!!
Also, good luck on FAR tomorrow!!
haha thanks, I have never believed in failure so when the AICPA puts "FAIL" on those stupid papers it made me mad! I was like pssst i haven't failed!! Thanks for the good wishes, hopefully I can make this happen first shot... only time will tell though.
Mind if I ask what study materials you used?
I don't mind at all. I am using the Becker materials. I haven't determined how much I like them yet. LoL, I think I will know better once I receive my AUD score. They seem like great materials but after looking at my BEC score, I am not so sure. I think I just need to spend more time studying. I guess regardless of what materials are used there is A LOT of material to know. I really can't give you an opinion on Becker vs. any other material because I don't know any other material.
Yea, I have only used Yaeger ... There is certainly a lot of info in BEC, but FAR is a nightmare... Hope you made out well in AUD, somehow I slipped by that one. As for your BEC retake, I am sure you know what you need to work on, but I would suggest mastering business structure (20% and really not that much info...), cost accounting, and variances - those calculations are huge on the exam along with Net Present Value... Good Luck!!
I know I did awful on the WC of AUD so I am hoping I did ok on the rest to slip by with a 75 :) I haven't got my score in the mail yet for BEC to tell me what areas I was weak in but in looking at my score I can only imagine I was low everywhere. I am sure not a fan of cost so I am going to focus a lot of my time on that. Thank you for your help and advice! And again good luck tomorrow!
