So, I have one last exam, and my NTS is always wrong because I changed my name along the way. So my NTS says my name is Janet Eleanor Hall but my name on my driver’s license is Janet Eleanor Mitchell Hall.
I submitted my request on the 28th, heard nothing, resubmitted on 5/1, have heard nothing and am going to call, but they always say wait 5-7 business days, and since my test is on May 12, that’s not going to work for me.
Am I going to have issues with prometric if they don’t get it to me?
