   New York's 18 month window starts at the end of the month following the month you pass your first part. Example, I passed Reg on 11/18/2011. 18 month window starts 1/1/12. In addition, NYS is one of only a few that does not require the ethics exam. That explains Wall St.

   I know, but it still isn't enough time. I have only 1 year (and 4 attempts) to pass REG or I lose my FAR and AUD credits. This 18 month window is BS, as far as I'm concerned. Why would they take away a passing grade from someone who studied their butt off to pass it? Ridiculous!!

   BEC: 80
   REG: 64, 74, 84

   @CPAMan.. i fully agree with you.. but im also sure that you wont need another 4 times to pass REG... seems like you were very close last time you took it.. good luck in february.

   I agree with you 100% CPAMan - I'm in NYS and I lost all my 3 credits thanks to Audit. I believe once you pass it, it should be yours to keep FOREVER!!!!

   Since 2008....
   AUD - 39, 48, 56, 65, 68, 73, 76!!! (Finally passed in Oct 2011!!!)
   REG - 75 (Lost Credit) 72, 68, 73, 75 (Passed again in Aug 2011)
   FAR - 65, 68, 75 (Lost Credit) 68, 73, 73 - Rematch scheduled on May 29, 2012
   BEC - 65, 68, 71, 72, 72, 71, 76 (Lost Credit)- 70 (Are you kidding me?????) - July 17th, 2012 -> Rematch!!
   
   I WILL BECOME A CPA IN 2012!!!
