I work at a large regional firm and the dress code is business casual in the office (typically a shirt and dress pants/dockers). Every so often, we'll have a “jeans day” for charity on Fridays.

    No complaints 😀

Business Casual. I work in private accounting and we usually have no contact with the clients (if anyone does, it's our boss on a rare occasion if there's a client in the building meeting with someone else), so dress code is fairly lax. It's all ladies in my office, so dress pants of one sort or another (khaki, gray, brown, black, etc) or non-denim skirts with sweaters or blouses (basically no t-shirts, anything else if you wear a nice necklace or scarf, you can call it business!). Fridays are jeans-day and sweatshirts are allowed, so it's mostly jeans and University of KY sweatshirts (our office stays cold year-round, so sweatshirts are the rule even in summer!).

I work for an exceptionally strict and old-fashioned man, business attire (jackets and ties) for men-dress slacks or below the knee skirts for women (except the hot HR admin who looks like a street walker and nobody says a word).

    AUD -49, 71, 84
    REG -56,75!
    BEC -75

That seems to be a trend with HR people – the 2 ladies in HR at my office are also more likely to dress sexy than the rest of us…

My office is located at an industrial operations depot for the Army so my boss actually discourages anything more formal than dress pants and a button up.

There have been some weeks where all I wear is jeans and a polo. Our HQ (located in ILL and not an industrial operations site) is more strict though. I believe the minimum dress code for them is the max for us…lol.
