Anyone around take the Ohio Ethics Exam? Is it the "Fundamentals of Ohio Accountancy Law" presentation on the Ohio Society of CPAs website?
If that is in fact the correct exam, I notice it is also occasionally offered in person. Which one (online or in-person) did you do and why?

Here's what the website says "A course in professional standards and responsibilities that emphasizes the Ohio accountancy law and Board rules. Proof of course completion must be sent to the Board."

It seems for perusing the Ohio Society of CPAs website that the above mentioned is the course, but I wanted to see if anyone had gone through it or new for sure.

I am also looking for the correct ethics exam. I believe we can take any of the three under Professional Standards & Ethics on the Ohio Socieity of CPA's website (http://www.ohioscpa.com/cpe/online-library). I emailed a woman at Ohio Board of Accountancy to confirm we can take either of them.
Yes, successful completion of a professional standards course emphasizing Ohio law is required for CPA certification. The Ohio Society of CPAs offers two programs that qualify and are approved by the Accountancy Board: “Fundamentals of Ohio Accountancy Law” and “Professional Standards and Responsibilities-Ethics: Resources, Rules and Reminders.”
