I never knew they would contact me after applying. She called and left a message saying she wants me to call back sooner than later for phone interview tomorrow. I called back, no answer, left a message with available time tomorrow and reaffirmed my interest. What do I do?

I would say that is all. People miss calls all the time. It would be a different story if you missed a scheduled call, but I think you handled it appropriately. Hopefully you will hear back soon and schedule the interview.

Relax – most employers know that most people aren't near their phone all day during the work day…. (or they shouldn't be or I shouldn't be on A71)

    3 day rule…just like dating 🙂

I miss calls just for the hell of it, to make them think I am important and stuff…even though I have lots of free time.

It is normal to miss calls ! I believe most recruiters never answer the phone! anyways you did what was right ! you called back and told them you are interested as well as the times you are available. I am sure they will call back if they do not……just call back like after 2 days if you do not hear anything back !

Update, so I got in contact. I have a phone interview tomorrow with the director for an IT & PA assurance position. I will be interviewed based on PwC's dimensions and core values? Any advice?

Definitely know what their core values are and have some examples of how you have personally/professionally demonstrated those values.

I like to take the job description and label either soft skills, hard skills, or previous experience that has been or would be relevant to that specific part of the job or its requirements.

    Is this entry-level?

MaLoTu I believe it is entry level. I don't really even know too well about what this position is like. I have an accounting background, not IT.
