Online Accounting Course other than LSU?

Does anyone know of anything similar to LSU that allows you to just take one course? I need one upper level (300-400) accounting course, preferably Audit I or Cost/Managerial Acct, to get my license. I’ve already finished my masters degree and passed all 4 parts of the exam, but because my undergrad was in finance, I’m still missing 3 units.

Is LSU my only option? I’d prefer a school that, like LSU, allows you to start at any time and finish as quickly as you want.

I've seen many referenced, but not sure about others that are self-paced and continually enrolling. 😐 Have you tried Googling “self-paced college courses” and seeing what you can find? I think WGU (Western Governors) is another common self-paced option, but I don't personally have any experience with their courses. Here's another one too which offers some accounting classes: https://www.uiu.edu/distance/selfpaced/availablecourses.html LSU is probably your cheapest option for this, but others do exist.

Another option to consider would be one of the review courses that offers college credit for completing it, if you haven't already completed your CPA exams – I want to say Becker offers this as well as one or two of the other review courses.

you could take some courses at UMUC. Its similar to a traditional university except courses are two months instead of four & I don't believe you can start and finish any time.

I'm a little confused here. I've taken 2 courses, intermediate acct. 2 and audit at LSU online, and it fit both of your requirements (start and finish at any time, granted you might want to research a little more because some people complained about the grading) and flexibility (you can take just one course).

UOP offers individual classes that start almost every week and last 6 weeks. They are pricey if you do not get tuition reimbursement.

I'll second UMUC.. it is actually where I did my entire Accounting degree. 8 week classes, $50 admission fee, and the courses are pretty cheap (I was in-state, however).
