OSX 10.8 Mountain Lion + Becker Software

    Has anyone tried running Becker in the new OSX Mountain Lion? I want to make sure it’s compatible before I upgrade. Thanks!

    Personally I'm not taking any chances. I don't want to go through the hassle of having to format and reinstall everything if the upgrade fails.

    Plus, I'm still running on Snow Leopard. It seems like all the new upgrades aren't really worth it.

    I care because I want the new Messages app, I just don't want to lose compatibility with Becker. If anyone has installed the update and could test this, that would be greatly appreciated.

    Always best to wait.

    I finally upgraded to Lion recently…I actually like it better than Snow Leopard…runs faster too.

    Is anyone else on mountain lion able to rub a practice test? I get an error message about java.

    figured it out. If you are using mountain lion you can install java by going to spot light and typing in terminal. Within termal type “java -version” and than java will install. After it completes, restart becker and the practice test will open.

    I've been using ML for a while now and the becker software has been working just as it did under Lion.
