OT: anybody well versed in govt contracts?

    Cliff notes: we are a subcontractor, not prime. Self declared small business. Appendix B to the FAR leads me to believe we (as a small business) are exempt from providing cost and pricing data with a quote but may stll be subject to a DCAA audit in the future. Does anybody have experience with telling the Prime that you’re not going to provide CAPA? Was it a bad move? Thanks!
