    Good Morning all!

I struggle with what I should eat for a snack while studying. I usually default to Swiss Roll Cakes, 1 dollar burgers, etc…. Then I find that I have less energy than if I would have no snack.

What do you snack on during a study session?

I usually have a good supply of fruit (usually bananas) and cheese sticks hanging around. A piece of fruit and one cheese stick is usually enough to hold me over between meals, but every once in a while I'll break down and dig out a bag of chips or make a pan of brownies…oops. 🙂

Something that won't spike your blood sugar! That will help you avoid the crash.

Almonds are the best. Other nuts. Cheese and veggies. Fruit (along with a protein to lower its blood sugar-spiking powers.)

Homemade, stovetop popped popcorn. Made with extra virgin olive oil and salt…NO BUTTER!

Quest Bars — They're protein bars that taste better than any candy bar you have tried. They have incredible macros including only 1-2g of sugar, 20-21g of protein, and a ton of fiber.

Y'all go get you some and you'll thank me later!

I agree with Bobcat87. Quest Bars are a healthy alternative to junk food, while still tasting like junk food. #cheatclean

If you want a chocolate candy bar, try the Double Chocolate Chunk flavor.

If you are craving Oreos, try the Cookies and Cream flavor.

If you want a chocolate chip cookie, try the Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough flavor.

Most likely available at your local supplement store like GNC or Vitamin Shoppe or on Bodybuilding.com.
