So we’ve all been there and some of us, either by choice or survival, may still eat their fair share of Ramen noodles. What I’ve noticed is that everyone seems to cook them up with their own personal style. Myself, I like them with a little bit of Olive oil, some parmesan and Rooster sauce. However, I’m getting a bit bored of this and want to know some other recipe ideas.

Drop your recipe suggestions here, I’m interested to see what we can come up with.

    Oh good topic…lmao

Don't let the noodles boil too long and let the water get low, then add the seasonings packet and a little tomato paste or ketchup, literally a dab and let it boil a little longer so the water thickens a little from the tomato paste/ketchup….voila! you will have a Ramen masterpiece.

I am guilty of still eating Ramen by choice on occasion now that I am out of college. The salty goodness keeps me coming back for more. I've eaten it many ways in the past but my current way is to cook it and melt some Velveeta cheese in it when it's done and still super hot then add some hot sauce to spice it up a little bit (I usually use Texas Pete's or Cholula). It's pretty much cheese overload and it's DELICIOUS!

Your way sounds pretty good. I'll have to give it a try the next time I get a craving for Ramen 😉

Haven't had the old school Ramen in a while (the kind in the plastic package?). I used to drain then drop in garlic and butter or some chunky tomatoes and let simmer for a little bit (Ok ok in college it was actually garlic powder, cheap margarine and Ragu I found on sale but I switched out the ingrediants for somebody who now lives above the poverty line).

I actually like Ron's style though, sounds pretty damn good. I might try some of that this weekend as I'm feeling a little nostalgic

    MBA,CMA,CPA, CFF?, ABV?

On the rare occasion I get to have some, I cook them with eggs and pull them off of the stove while they are a bit crunchy…mmmm.

Boil an egg with it, some green onions, and some Sriracha.
