Interviewed at what I consider a small firm (approx 60 employees). What % of health insurance do firms typically pay? I’m very early on, haven’t even discussed salary or benefits and for sure will have that all spelled out before I make a decision. I’ve been in industry almost 20 years and have seen anything from 80% to 20% employer paid for a family plan and wondered if Public had a similar wide range?

    FAR- 77
    AUD -49, 71, 84
    REG -56,75!
    BEC -75

Massachusetts CPA (non reporting) since 3/12.
