for those of you who travel for work, ESPECIALLY those who have kids…….do you feel nervous/anxious when you travel? I leave tomorrow (never went away alone before) and feel like I am going to have a nervous breakdown.

Probably means the alone time is EXACTLY what I need, but doesn’t make leaving my husband and kids any easier. This is not the start of a regular thing for me, just a seminar work has asked me to attend. I am absolutely sick as I am packing.

You will adjust. By the time you leave the house. Kids and hubby will also adjust – yeah, home to ourselves:) It's hard before the actual trip anticipating something new; however, in actuality, it's not all that bad.

Thanks Yvonne, that is EXACTLY what I need to hear 🙂 If I can convince myself this is as “bad” as it will get for me, I can hang in there. Just afraid I will cry for 6 days straight LOL.

Hubby and kids are probably dying to get rid of me!

You're going to cry while they are partying like it's 2012? LOL.
