Is the NINJA way applicable to people right out of college or does it also work for people out of school for 5 years or more?

I graduated in December 2007 so I'm just past the 5 year mark myself. I swear by NINJA. I listen to NINJA audio on my drive to work and, as I'm typing this right now, I have NINJA Notes opened up on my desk for my late night study session.

No question NINJA adds value, regardless of how many years you have been out of college.
