   Hi,

   I was going thru partnership and have a BIG confusion regarding a small matter.....while admitting a limited partner in a limited partnership....ALL partners must agree...

   While admitting a general partner in a limited partnership,
   a) ALL partners must agree
   b) ALL GENERAL partners must agree.

   which one is it....the book and notes (Wiley / Yeager) contrast in what they say....and even the Cram video i'm doing rt, now contrast in this matter at two different places.

   In an LP:
   Admit GP-All GP must agree
   Admit LP-All GP and All LP must agree

   Hi Everyone,

   I just confirmed the answer to my own question......whether it is a new limited partner or a new general partner being admitted to a Limited partnership, ALL partners must agree!
