I passed the exam in May, applied for my license in July via NASBA, and received notification from NASBA over a month ago that my license was approved and the information was being transmitted to the GSBA.

I have not received my certificate and the verification sites are not updated. GSBA is undergoing a location, reporting, and system transition so they are not responding to phone calls or emails. Apparently, they have to manually key in approved licenses information (according to NASBA).

My question are has anyone on this forum had a similar experience with the GSBA? How long did it take to get your certificate?

Did you at least get an email with your license number? I got mine on the same day I received the email saying my information was being transmitted to GSBOA.

Yes – I did get the email and letter with the license number. NASBA did say GSBA verified receiving the transmittal as well. It is hard to believe it is taking GSBA so long to process the information.

@ToddP Did you pay the $50 for your certificate? I had to pay this before I got my certificate but not license. I was notified by email that my application was approved and a license issued but had to go this extra step before getting my certificate.
