Hi folks,

Long story short… I passed all 4 tests and ethics back in the summer of 2010 (state of CA). I got an experience Form G signed by my employer at the time (PWC), shortly thereafter I changed jobs, never actually applied for my license and kept saying “I’ll do it next year”. You know how life can get in the way sometimes and after leaving big 4 I didn’t really “need” it.

Well “next year” has finally come, I’m at a point in my career where it makes sense to have. My understanding is that CA tests never expire (thank goodness!). So what do I need to do now? Can I just apply like normal or do I need to catch up on CPE credits? Anything else given the time lag?

I had started applying years ago, I think I may have even paid the registration fee ($50?), any ideas on how I’d figure that out?
