So, I have a phone screen scheduled with a big 4 accounting firm which did not list any position. It was just stated as Employee Referral in the email. They wanted to chat with me to see how I align with their positions. I got referred after networking with someone at a conference, and this position mostly deals with IT Audit / process controls.
The phone screen is schedule with a referral recruiter.
My questions are:
What should I expect?
How should I present myself?
What questions should I ask the recruiter?
Anything else that I should know / ask / etc. ?
