   How do you tell if you get a hard/medium testlet in this exam, since its mostly theory and terms vs. numbers?

   FAR 85 - July 09
   BEC 90 - Aug 09
   REG 89 - Oct 09

   I actually couldn't tell the difference in terms of increasing difficulty on this one (felt the same when I took BEC). I used Becker and almost all of the questions I got were from topics covered in my review. Some of the questions could have been worded better as I felt there were a lot of poor wording choices.

   I was wondering that same thing. I believe BEC tests actualy do not vary according to this article by the AICPA:
