Pressing hard during the weekdays but not so over the weekend, anyone else?

Wonder if any of you go through similar cycle as me. I work full time so I basically tried to put in 2-4 hour during the weekday but when the weekend comes. I don’t put in the usual 5-6 hours I used to put in when I wasn’t studying that much during the weekdays. So it seems no matter what I can’t put in any more than 20 hours in a given week.

Any of you experience similar pattern of lessened passion over the weekend? Any remedy you tried that were successful?

I think everyone goes through this. As for me, I'm currently studying 2-4 hours on weekdays and five hours on Saturdays with Sundays completely off. I find the day off necessary for family time and sanity. If you can study everyday, more power to you. My advice is to take either Saturday or Sunday off. If you bust your behind during the other six days, you won't feel guilty not studying. Just my $.02

I seem to get home from work and not want to study at all, but doing my bulk early Sat-Sun Mondays. 20 hrs a week? Haven't done that yet except for the weekend before the exam.

Just keep it consistent so you don't dread a big study crunch. I dedicated 2 hours everyday no matter what.
