    Hi all,

I have been working par time at a CPA firm for over 3 years and believe it is equivalent to the one year full time experience needed to get my license in NY. I plan on sitting for the first part of the CPA exam in January. My question is can retroactively apply my work experience after I pass all four sections of the CPA exam in order to get my full license quicker. I know i’m thinking a head, but I’m just curious and figured this would be the best place to ask.

I will also have met all NY education requirements by May 2016.
