a) Relationships- Cousin, in laws, freinds cousin, cousin of your sons inlaw…..

b) mutual funds and funds and other funds where CPA is invested, trusts, pensions…

c) Ownership thresholds (CPA can own X% in which funds…) know the terminology blind because they put in words that don't matter IE “Material to his net worth”= Material.

If you have Becker I suggest you MEMORIZE WORD FOR WORD!…Becker example box top of pg 6-5. as well as other examples in Becker.
