Prometric charges for exam change

    Did Prometric change their policy? I just changed my exam date to a week before my original date and I wasn’t charged at all. Usually it’s about $30. Is this because I changed to an earlier date instead of a later date or did they change things up?

    When was your exam scheduled? There's no charge if you change the exam >30 days before your scheduled exam date.

    ohhhhhhhhhh that's why. It's in November.
