Prometric Eligibility ID problem

    Hello all, hope you can help me with something.

    I’ve been trying to schedule to take the BEC exam with prometric through their website, but I haven’t been able to get past the “eligibility information” section. I keep getting an error message that says “The eligibility id entered has already been used”. Although I previously took (and failed – 73% :/) the AUD section, the two test parts have different section IDs on my NTS. A little frustrated over here – because I should be able to take the tests through all of august . Does the failure of one section invalidate the section IDs / eligibility to take other sections from that NTS? Anyone had a similar problem?

    Ugh, how frustrating! I haven't run in to that issue, but have you tried calling to schedule? Perhaps they can help you get around or figure out the problem.

    I only went on to try and schedule today, because I just cemented my work schedule for the rest of the summer (new job). Unfortunately their help line isn't open during the weekend.

    I had that problem once and logged off, tried back 15 minutes later and it worked. There was something going on with the prometric site. I know at least one other person that had the same problem and it worked for them later in the day too. Try that and if it doesn't work you can always call them on Monday.

    I was a no show for my REG so that NTS was not valid anymore but only for REG. I had all other sections on the same NTS and have been able to sign up for all of them. Although when signing up for AUD I did get the same message as u but after logging in a few minutes later I was able to sign up.

    Also trying to use a different browser.
