Prometric site error

    I am trying to reschedule my exam , however each time i am getting an error. The prometric site is crashing each time i check, even for seat availability. Is there any other way to reschedule the exam?

    Finally done!!! Experience-pending. Ethics- Pending.

    You can call prometric. Use the phone number from the prometric website. It's in the CPA section under Contact us

    I was having the same problem. I waited 15 minutes, tried again, and it worked. Rescheduled FAR for April 12th.
