Prometric SUCKS!!

    So I went to the test center on Sunday to do my final exam (Regulation). Since I live in Dubai, I usually go to the same prometric there. This time, I was told the green room was ineffective and that I will not be able to do my exam. They gave me a ticket number and all that crap. I called the prometric main office in Holland and was really shocked by how unproffessional they really are! They said they will call me back but still nothing. It sucks that I don’t even know when is my exam. I am ready to take it but now I don’t even feel like studying anymore.

    Has anyone been through this, and If so what am I supposed to do?

    FAR- 78 (Nov)
    AUD- 90 (Jan)
    BEC- 81 (Feb)
    REG- 89 (May)

    The prometric person is welcome to post their email address for the candidate to contact them instead of the candidate posting their contact info.

    Oh man I thought that post was dead. Thanks Revein for your concern. I did call and rescheduled and took the test on monday the 6th. I was very dissapointed but was actually contacted by a prometric agent a couple of days ago and told him everything, I was very grateful for that becuase I hope that this would help future candidates get a better service.
