So I just took Regulation, and pass or fail, I will be sitting for Audit next. I scheduled my next appointment, however I lost power on the print recipient receipt screen, and the computer shut off. I didn’t get a email confirming my next exam. I go back to to the Prometric website, and enter my confirmations # and last four of my last name it, says that “appointment doesn’t exist.” I go to schedule another appointment, and it says that my confirmation # has already been scheduled. Has anyone had this issue? Is it cause the Prometric is closed on the East Coast? I’m worried there is a big issue.

Can you use the Confirm appointment feature to see when you set it up for?

I have tried I keep getting an error message “appointment not found. Invalid confirmation ID or Last Name.”

I than go to schedule an exam and get an error message “The eligibility id entered has already been used. “

This is so frustrating.
