I need advice for accepting an offer with PwC. Long story short; I finished undergrad in 2011 and currently doing an MBA. I am an internal auditor for two years & prior to auditing I was involved in natural gas trading scheduling and trading, which was pretty interesting. I have always wanted work one of the Big 4 and finally got an offer. Now 1st problem is I am 30 years old lol and they are offering me campus equivalent salary which is pretty much no difference between me and freshly undergrad. Does anyone know if the entry-level position salary is negotiable or not? If I take the position I will have to take a pay cut about 10% of my current pay. If I stay with the current company I m sure I will be promoted to Sr Auditor. I should have my CPA license within a few months. I have been trying convince the recruiter to bring me as an experience associate but no luck

Also how is it look like for being a 1st year auditor with PWC in PA/NYC area? How are the hours? Do you get any bonuses during your merit increase? What are the typical raises? How much do you travel ? I know big 4 experience will be a key to be controller or director or CFO which I have intention. Really thinking, is it going to be worth it? Radical hours plus I am not 22/23 years old and over all I will be on whole for 10K. I feel really lost. Sorry for long posting

I would highly appreciate for any advices/inputs

    Thanks
