   I hate to burst your bubble, BUT I am pretty sure that is the typical thing for scores to do going from Q1 to Q2. I am guessing it has something to do with busy season, but I am not totally certain on that...

   Just for comparative purposes, 2010 Q1 and Q2 rates:

   AUD
   2010 Q1: 46.86%
   2010 Q2: 50.75%

   BEC
   2010 Q1: 46.59%
   2010 Q2: 48.86%

   FAR
   2010 Q1: 44.95%
   2010 Q2: 48.37%

   REG
   2010 Q1: 49.00%
   2010 Q2: 52.05%

   As you can see, the trend is for the rates to increase a decent amount from Q1 to Q2. I personally was not surprised to see that same trend repeat itself this year. The rates this year are still much lower than 2010 as Jeff's article points out...
