    can somebody please let me know when you have a moment if my employment responsibilities are explained ok the way I have it or if you have any suggestions or other ways you would present it?? Thanks so much

    Accounting Consultant, Company Z— 2014

    Worked on a long-term contract for a college near Boston. Generated all of the 1098 & 1099 tax forms for all students and vendors, assisted with audit preparation, Posted journal entries for student financial aid, Prepared and reconciled income statements, trial balances, and balance sheets. Posted student discounts, and scholarship amounts to the necessary accounts that were invoiced.

    Staff accountant, Company X— 2013

    Post weekly and monthly income and expense entries, Process weekly AP & AR entries onto invoices, Post deposits and and wire transfers onto the General Ledger, Bank account reconciliations, Reconciliations for Prepaid expenses, fixed assets, and depreciation schedules.

    Staff accountant, Company Y —2011-2013

    General Ledger entries for cash, check, and credit crd payments made, performed Payroll for work study students, Month-End Entries , AP, Exposure to 1098 forms, VA billing, and SEIU funds.
