When you are in the middle of a practice session, and you click “Pause”, it exits that session. How the heck do you get back to the session you where in the middle of?

If you go under review and click on history it should show you the list of practice sessions you have done and you can click on it and it will take you into that test.

I have been having trouble today through with some of mine disappearing and the numbering is off. They said they know about the problem and are working on it.

If you don't have all of the questions you should have (I check before starting the session) you can F5/refresh to get out of it and choose a new session.
