I’m a long time lurker, and I am going to start studying for the exams this December, and take FAR at the end of January. I am in the process of gathering all my materials to apply for my NTS.

My question is this, what if I apply for FAR on my NTS, take it in January and fail it? I know that you can’t take the exam again in the same window, but could I sign up to take FAR again for the next window without applying again? (The NTS in my state is six months.)

you have to reapply to take it again, it's good for 1 exam only.
