    Hi all,

Had a question of NY licensing that I cannot seem to find an answer for and was wondering if anybody had a similar experience or can help.

Deals like this, I had from undergrad 146 credits, so during the time I was studying I took the a clep worth 3 credits (yes I know I am still short a few) and had them sent into NASBA to apply towards my credit total. Here is my question I have read that you need the cleps on an official transcript as opposed to just having them sent into NASBA/NY, however when I spoke to the New York coordinator he told me the opposite and that they do accept Cleps straight from the college board (company who certifies cleps) and they do not need to be on an official transcript. So has anyone had a similar experience or know what the deal is? additionally does anyone know if the needing of Cleps on a transcript is related to the NY board of accountancy or once NASBA accepts transcripts NY will accept them as well?

    Thanks
