    NINJA Question –

    Hey Jeff,

    Just came back from work.. and very pleased to see I have all my material, thanks!!

    What is the best way to use the NINJA combo?

    I want to use it as my guide and complement with my BISK program, in order to don’t lose myself in details.

    Should I use first the notes or the videos?

    All your tips will be very useful
