    It depends on your state. Most (from what I've heard) require the AICPA Comprehensive Ethics Course. You can go to their website and purchase it < $160 either as an actual book or on a CD. Check your state board to see what your requirement is.

    my state require AICPA ethics Course as well

    It's kinda price ($170), however AICPA Members have discounts.

    My friend is a AICPA Member and he offered me to use his membership card to purchase the Course with a member discount.

    Do you think it's ok for me to do that? Would it make a difference?

    Thanks!

    I never even realized that there are actual study materials for ethics exam )) i thought it was more like “check the box” exam. Is it actually difficult?

    It's open book…you take it from home or wherever 🙂

    I'm getting the .pdf version so I can search the document rather than flipping through pages in a book.

    Professional Ethics: AICPA's Comprehensive Course

    Cost: $156.25 https://www.cpa2biz.com/AST/Main/CPA2BIZ_Primary/Ethics/PRDOVR~PC-732302/PC-732302.jsp?cm_vc=PDPZ1#.U5X67H8o4dU

    I am going to go with text but the majority of people that I have seen review the course on a number of websites prefer the CD version (no Apple).

    The course is 40 questions, and most people seem to think that it is both useful and not too difficult.

    @cpa2012

    The CD version has the .pdf.

    I wish I was still in Texas! But the military moved me to Oklahoma.
