Raise negotiations??

So, just wondering if any has negotiated their raise and how it worked out for you. Also I’m trying to say someone at my level makes more than I do so they will feel compelled to make my raise more. I’ve just been promoted to Supervising Senior Associate and their offering $45K. Does this seem low or high? How much do some of you make and what are your titles?

    Thanks for the input!!

Depends on more than title, what is the location and what type/size of employer makes a difference.

This seems low to me unless you are in a low cost of living area. I earn 46K in corporate accounting with 1 year of experience. I am a staff accountant.

Its hard to judge high or low based on what others make that is not in the same location or type of job as you…to answer that question you would need to compare with people in the same situation as you.
