Hi All,

The CPA firm I am currently working at offers (like many other firms) referral bonuses for bringing in new client work, either Tax, A&A, or Financial Advisory. Has anyone here had decent success with this?

If so, what tips do you have regarding how to accomplish this? As a staff or senior level accountant this seems to be a difficult task. If you are able to have any success though it would certainly be a big plus from a career advancement standpoint.
