   Hi guys!
   I'm confused about contracts. I'm using Becker to study and the book says that contracts are generally not assignable unless they are option contracts however; I just answered one of the questions....the answer explanation says contracts are generally assignable!!!! I'm confused!!!

   Please help. I keep failing reg because of law... Booooooo don't skip guys!!!

   Could it be that the acceptance of a contract is not assignable? And that once accepted and in contract then the rights are assignable? That's my problem with law...too much detail!
